We recently had the chance to catch up with Konig Wheels driver Hans Horpedahl during the much-anticipated Gridlife Circuit Legends event this year. Hans is not just a familiar face on the Gridlife Touring Cup (GLTC) circuit but also a driver who has continuously pushed the limits of his car and his skill. This time, we took a closer look at his GLTC build for the season, a machine that exemplifies meticulous engineering and relentless passion for motorsport.

Hans’s car is a K24-swapped Honda S2000, a platform that has earned its reputation for balancing power, precision, and reliability. With the heart of Honda’s K-series engine transplanted into the lightweight chassis of the S2000, Hans’s build combines high-revving performance with razor-sharp handling. The result is a track weapon perfectly suited to the demands of the GLTC, where every second counts, and consistency is king.

Representing Myriad Motorsports, Hans has taken his S2000 to tracks across the country, competing in one of the most competitive grassroots racing series around. Each lap is a testament to the countless hours spent dialing in suspension setups, refining the power delivery, and ensuring the car is race-ready.
